■ Services Overview: We provide maintenance and services solely or collectively for your power equipments including but not limited to engine, generator set, hydrant pumps and engineering machinery. Our services cover the equipment life cycle from planning, designing, purchasing, installing, operating, maintaining, upgrading to disposing and scrapping. It will enhance your products OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and minimize your business managing fee and operating cost.

Inspection outsourcing
Provide static and dynamic inspection on power equipments on a regular basis. Assess equipments operational status and recommend enhancement when necessary. Inspection outsourcing does not include maintenance, reactive nor emergent service.

Maintenance Outsourcing
Under signed service agreement, we provide maintenance outsourcing in addition to the inspection. A preventative maintenance will be scheduled and emergent repairs will be available in short notice to resume a normal operation of equipment.
Maintenance Outsourcing includes the following service elements. Spare parts are exclusive and will be charged on their raw costs.

Management Outsourcing
Management Outsourcing is a comprehensive maintenance and services. Neway takes the ownership of the equipment management under the agreed accord.
Under management outsourcing Neway takes “all” responsibilities and obligations, which mainly include the following aspects:
Status management: equipment quality and operation management.
Technical management: equipment operation, maintenance, maintenance and repair, processes development and management.
Process management: planning, schedule management and quality control
Personnel management: training, assessment and other management for all levels of equipment managers and maintenance personnel.
